ContactHi, I’m Filip, a passionate and experienced chef from Croatia with a strong background in high-end gastronomy. Over the years, I’ve honed my craft in luxury hotels, fine dining establishments, and Michelin-starred restaurants across several countries. Working in such demanding and creative environments has taught me the precision, discipline, and artistry required to deliver dishes that not only meet but exceed guests expectations.
My philosophy is to create food that respects both the ingredients and the dining experience – tailored to the individual preferences of each guest. I’ve also held the position of Head Chef aboard a 40-meter luxury charter yacht, where I worked closely with guests to craft personalized menus and ensure every culinary request was fulfilled to the highest standard.
